Michelle Hill brings significant experience in educational leadership, pastoral care and specialist safeguarding, with a career dedicated to improving outcomes for children, young people and families through outstanding safeguarding practice and leadership.

This unique combination enables us to support organisations from every perspective—strengthening leadership, improving governance, embedding effective safeguarding and creating cultures where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
